At Tank Bathhouse, we are always looking for ways to give back to the community and support meaningful causes. This past October, we had the opportunity to partner with the Headland Golf Club to contribute to their annual Breast Cancer Charity Golf Day. We’re thrilled to share that the event raised a remarkable $14,000 for the Buderim Private Hospital Cindy Mackenzie Program—a vital initiative that provides support to the families of those affected by breast cancer.
This success story wouldn't have been possible without the support and generosity of community partners like Tank Bathhouse. We donated 100 gift cards valued at $40 each, which were used as incentives for ticket sales. These cards added significant value to the event’s raffle, making it even more appealing to participants and amplifying the fundraising efforts. The excitement around these raffles was palpable, and the community's response to the opportunity to win a Tank Bathhouse experience was overwhelmingly positive.
The charity golf day, held on October 31st, was a vibrant gathering of golf enthusiasts, breast cancer survivors, and their friends and families. The day was filled with great energy—golfing, sharing stories over lunch, participating in raffles and auctions, and building connections. This event was more than just a fundraiser; it was an opportunity to come together, show support, and create cherished memories in the spirit of community and solidarity.
